chronic non-communicable diseases.
Non-Communicable Diseases It is caused by the deterioration of the body and partly from the lifestyle behavior. Regular consumption of “sweet, oily, salty” foods increases morbidity and mortality; there are six diseases, namely diabetes, cerebrovascular disease and heart disease, emphysema, cancer, high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome. Therefore, we should change our dietary habits by controlling the amount of salt and sugar we consume each day for our good health.
